The enroller is the person who introduced you to Streamline. If his/her frontline is full then you will spillover (still staying in their group) under one of their other active distributors. 4) MONTHLY VOLUME PROGRAM (MVP) ENROLLMENT.
As a convenience to me, I am selecting a Backup Order below, and hereby apply to be an MVP member of Streamline. I agree to purchase products totaling at least the specified Product Volume (PV) (50 or 100) [For Rep at least 6PV] no later than the 20th day of each month according to the Terms and Conditions set forth on the reverse side of this Agreement. I understand that each Backup Order below has a specified Product Volume (at least 50 or 100) [For Rep 6PV]. If for any reason I do not place an order that equals or exceeds the Product Volume (50 or 100) [For Rep 6PV] by the 20th of each month, I request that Streamline charge my account and send me my selected Backup Order. All MVP orders are processed on the day of enrollment plus starting the following month on the 20th day and every month thereafter. I further understand that I may cancel this autoship at anytime per the agreement by faxing or mailing my signature and id# to Streamline. Payments for Backup Order(s) will be by the method of payment and account information specified below.

5) Payment Information
All active distributors who wish to take advantage of upline spillover and the work of the Online Recruiter™ must provide Streamline with payment information. There is no requirement to purchase products each month, although you must sell at least 50PV worth of products to earn commissions on your first four levels. By enrolling in Streamline's MVP your 50PV requirement is fullfilled. Individual distributors who do not provide Streamline with payment information will be considered a free distributor and those individuals will not be able to receive upline spillover, free training tools or distributors placed into their group by the Online Recruiter™.

6) Final Stage

A participant in the Streamline compensation plan has a right to cancel at anytime, regardless of reason. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via fax or mail with original signature to Streamline International, Inc. at its principal place of business. Additional terms and conditions of this agreement are contained on the reverse side.

We schedule all monthly debits for the 20th of each month. Anyone who wishes to cancel their autoship may do so by the 19th of the month and we will make no debit to their account for that month. If you cancel after the scheduled debit date, you may return the last package per the policy stated on the reverse side of the contract for a refund.

Our Guarantee: No business can guarantee you something for nothing. However Streamline comes as close as you can get. With the help from your upline and the trademarked Online Recruiter™ I cannot see how you could go wrong. One thing to remember is that no matter what you do in life your success will ultimately come from your efforts.
